You will never forget your first meeting with Janeen Hogue. Her energy and dynamism are immediately evident; her enthusiasm and smile immediately draw you in. Her intelligence and tenacity keep clients coming back.

She was raised in a family that bought, renovated, leased and sold residential properties and owned the commercial buildings where they operated their business and being part of such transformations filled her with a grounding purpose. Her first legal position was with a boutique law firm facilitating residential real estate foreclosures and then with the oldest Wall Street Law Firm, representing the country’s largest financial institutions lending in complex real estate transactions with attorneys who were so inspirational and supportive they spoke at her wedding.

Possessed of an unflagging entrepreneurial spirit, Ms. Hogue in 2002, at the age of 31, founded, and remains the sole owner of, The Miller-Hogue Law Firm, P.C., one of the longest-running women owned solo reputable real estate law firms in Charlotte, North Carolina.

Given her rare market niche of practicing residential and commercial real estate and magnetic leadership, she continues to create and maintain the most incredible team of legal associates, surveyors, title experts and other parties to provide the best customer experience and lifelong relationships to her clients in the Charlotte community. While many other real estate firms expand to grow without quality that opens liability, she uses forward-thinking to apply above the market standards that enhance client protection while continuing to provide unparallel client services.

Real estate is part of her given genetics as working to unravel a puzzle leading to optimum resolutions while creating a valuable experience for her clients who have become friends and relationships that enfold in becoming part of her “earth family,” creates her powerful purpose of taking her gifts to empower others that shall be her life footprint.

She resides in Charlotte, North Carolina with her husband Sean, who is the “brains of the operation,” and her two teenage boys that fill every part of her soul. Her cherished family and friends remain her estate.
